Industry-standard commissions for sellers and landlords — typically 2% on residential sales and half-a-month per year of tenancy for leasing. For buyers, fees are usually paid by the seller, and advisory work is included free of charge.

Estate planning, decoupling, and complex portfolio work are quoted separately on a flat fee.

How quickly can you respond?+

Do you work with foreign buyers?+
